How it works

  • Log in your HandyQuip account.
  • Book your desired items on
  • Collect points for each eligible rental.
  • Once you've collected 150 points, you'll earn a reward to redeem on your next eligible booking.
  • The value of your reward is equal to the average rental rate of the points you collected to earn it.

Good to know

  • You must have an account to collect points on eligible bookings.
  • When booking over the phone, mention the email address of your account to collect points.
  • You can find more information in our Terms.

Points cannot be collected from

  • Amounts corresponding to fees or taxes.
  • Amounts that you redeemed through HandyVIP Rewards.
  • Amounts that you received as part of a special promotion, discount coupon, voucher or code.
  • Rentals that are not completed, or have been cancelled by you or a Partner store.
  • Bookings made online before joining or when not signed into your account.
  • Bookings made with an ineligible Partner store.
  • Bookings made through group travel services.
  • Bookings that do not cost you anything, i.e. are free.

If HandyQuip determines that any bookings are invalid for the reasons mentioned above, we reserve the right to remove collected points from your account. Please read our Terms for further information.
