To view your rewards details, book your first item and visit your personal profile page.
Your summary page will show:
Your membership details and activity,
Number of points collected,
Your rewards and how to redeem them.
If your points or rewards balance is not what you expect, please remember that:
You can only collect points from eligible Partner stores;
You need to be signed in to collect points at checkout;
Points and rewards expire after 12 months of inactivity in your account. Account activity includes redeeming a reward or collecting points by completing a booking with an eligible Partner store.
If you believe your point or reward balance is incorrect, contact us to request missing points or rewards. Please include your name, email address, and confirmation number. We will review your request and add any eligible missing point or reward to your account.
